For Movers, Shakers, and Arthritic Joints everywhere, this all-levels class blends common yoga poses with calisthenic techniques to help build your foundation and strengthen confidence in your movements. Learn the breathing skills you’ll need to bump up your grinds, break down the transitions that will strengthen your shimmies, and learn to reconnect with your body so you never say, “I can’t do that,” again!

One of the most important roles of any Burlesque show, a great Stage Kitten is worth their weight in rhinestones! Learn how to master the art of balancing the comedy of being a Stripper Picker-Upper with the poise and panache of Professional Stage Management. From how to build the most effective “Oh Shit Kit”, to managing run-away stockings, this class will teach you all you need to know to have your cast, crew, and audience Pawsitively Purring with delight.
Students will also have the option of purchasing either a pre-made “Oh Shit Kit” put together by Twen; or a “Notecard of Needs” with a checklist of recommended supplies

In this all-levels workshop, we focus on practical, artistic solutions for how to recover, resolve, and Make It Cute after things go awry. From handsy audience members to wardrobe or technical malfunctions, we cover some of the most likely scenarios that every performer faces - and their possible solutions; as well as how to ensure these become habits we can build on over time.
